Owner/Executive Chef, Ritesh Bhargava has been a chef for almost twenty years now and was trained by some of the top chefs in some of the finest hotels in New Delhi, including those in the Taj Mahal Hotel.

He has received numerous awards and accolades from food critics and connoisseurs. He uses the finest blend of herbs & spices together with top quality fresh local ingredients to create original as well as traditional Indian Cuisine.
